The Companion Card Program would like to thank the organisations that have agreed to accept the Companion Card when produced by Cardholders. View here for more information on becoming an Affiliate.

The program will continue to seek acceptance of the Companion Card at venues, activities and events across rural, regional and metropolitan areas of New South Wales. Every week more and more organisations are affiliating, making it impossible to keep this list of Affiliates up to date in a printed format. The list is available below. Please call us during office hours on FREECALL 1800 893 044 or email companioncard@nds.org.au with your questions and suggestions of new affiliates.

If there is a venue, activity or event that you wish to attend, it is your responsibility to check with the venue or ticketing outlet, at the time of booking your tickets, if they accept your Companion Card. Many venues may still accept your Companion Card even if they are not formally registered to the program and listed below – so ensure you check each time.

Public Transport Accepts Companion Card

Companion Card can now be used on the following public transport services across NSW:

• CityRail

• Regular route bus services

• Government ferry services – Sydney Ferries and Newcastle Ferry services

• CountryLink

On other transport services, individual operators determine whether the Companion Card will be recognised as a card for which a free or concession entitlement is available. This includes the Gate Access Fee arrangements on the four AirportLink stations.
